Project Scheduler
Contract Type: 12-Months
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Role Overview
We are seeking an Project Scheduler to support multiple projects (typically 2-3 concurrently) within the [Pharma / MedTech] sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, producing Gantt charts, and presenting updates to Project Managers and stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive personality, and the ability to engage effectively with team members across different functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.
- Create Gantt charts and ensure accurate task dependencies and timelines.
- Work across 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
- Present schedule updates and progress reports to Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Engage with team members to gather accurate data and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to timelines and resource allocation.
- Support change management by updating schedules based on approved changes.
Skills & Attributes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of project planning principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to "have a good chat" and build rapport.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience & Background
- Previous experience in Pharma or MedTech industries OR proven track record in detailed project scheduling.
- Experience working on multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with project governance and reporting standards.
