Marketing Manager
Our client is a growing medical device company specializing in surgical medtech devices. This includes surgical robotic systems, hip and knee replacement products, spinal and orthopaedic devices etc.
They are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join their team in SG for expansion across the SEA region. This person will also be required to be self-motivated and an integral part of the growth of the team in SG.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all platforms.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content).
- Collaborate with medical and scientific teams to translate clinical insights into compelling marketing materials.
- Plan and execute product launches, events, and educational webinars.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinics, and wellness partners.
- Oversee marketing budget, performance metrics, and ROI reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Able to work irregular hours at times for surgical case support
