About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Team Engineers will be responsible for supporting process changes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Core Team Engineers with engineering activities related to process changes.
- Perform general engineering tasks, including updating standards, conducting time studies, documenting processes, and creating/approving change requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in current processes.
- Apply knowledge of pFMEA, validation, and qualification requirements.
- Participate in go-live activities and deliver local training.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the site.
- Ensure Safety and Quality, improve Service, and reduce Cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in engineering roles (industrial/manufacturing).
- Strong sense of ownership and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Must-have: Supply chain experience (preferably in a warehouse environment).
- Preferred: Experience in the medical devices industry and familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA.
