Title: Director, Clinical Pharmacology

Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director, Clinical Pharmacology to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in clinical pharmacology, along with hands‑on experience applying model‑informed drug development (MIDD) principles to predict drug behavior, optimize dosing strategies, and inform development decisions.

This position requires a minimum of three days per week onsite in our Philadelphia office.

Overviw of Position / Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the clinical pharmacology lead for assigned programs and define overall clinical pharmacology strategy.
  • Provide input into Phase 1-4 clinical trial design and contribute to overall development and registration planning.
  • Proficiency in quantitative data analysis and data visualization.
  • Experience with programming and modeling tools such as NONMEM, R, MATLAB, Monolix, Simcyp, GastroPlus, Phoenix WinNonlin, or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in one or more MIDD approaches (e.g., PopPK/PD, exposure-response, PBPK, QSP, MBMA).
  • Working knowledge of bioanalytical methods, regulatory guidance, and common analytical considerations is a plus.

Education / Experience:

  • PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant clinical pharmacology experience (Sponsor-Side experience)
  • Experience characterizing the PK/PD profiles of small molecules, biologics, RNA therapeutics, or similar modalities.
  • Demonstrated experience applying clinical pharmacology principles across early‑stage and late‑stage development.
  • Experience preparing or contributing to regulatory submissions.
