Chemical Specialist for QC (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sampling and analytical testing of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished products according to GMP standards.
- Conduct and evaluate analytical methods, particularly HPLC, as well as other laboratory techniques.
- Execute and document stability studies in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate analytical activities with external testing laboratories.
- Carry out maintenance, calibration, and (re-)qualification of laboratory equipment.
- Support method validation and qualification of new materials and products.
- Contribute to deviation investigations, OOS results, and complaint handling, including root cause analysis.
- Ensure accurate and GMP-compliant documentation of all laboratory activities.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a laboratory technician (e.g. Chemistry Lab Technician, CTA) or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in Quality Control within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or chemical environment.
- Strong knowledge of analytical methods, particularly HPLC; additional techniques (e.g. GC, UV, IR) are advantageous.
- Experience in performing, evaluating, and documenting laboratory analyses in a GMP-compliant manner.
- Familiarity with maintenance, calibration, and qualification of laboratory equipment.
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and quality awareness.
- Confident user of MS Office; experience with laboratory systems (e.g. LIMS) is a plus.
- Fluent German skills (written and spoken); English skills are considered an advantage.
