Job Title: Business Development Associate / Manager (Biopharma)

The company leverages cutting-edge technologies across multiple therapeutic areas, including immuno-oncology, inflammation, autoimmune diseases, neurology, cardiovascular, and metabolic disorders.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of science and business, contributing to the licensing and commercialisation of advanced antibody-based assets. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying strategic opportunities, building partnerships, and driving organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of both the scientific and commercial aspects of the organisation's offerings
- Proactively identify and engage with prospective partners and clients to explore collaboration opportunities
- Lead or support deal discussions, negotiations, and contract execution
- Represent the organisation at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support brand positioning and market awareness initiatives
Skills & Experience
- PhD in a relevant bioscience discipline
- Strong interest in biopharmaceutical innovation and business development
- Excellent networking skills with the ability to build relationships across biotech and pharmaceutical sectors
- Demonstrated experience in revenue generation or business development is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
