Business Development Manager
Our client is a healthcare service provider in the oncology space who is currently looking for a Business Development Manager based in Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and hit revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels to enhance market presence.
- Work with key stakeholders to maximize high-value client relationships and ensure longterm business success.
- Directly approach large companies and banks to establish partnerships and drive corporate client acquisition
- Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key referral partners to drive business growth.
- Develop partnerships with insurance agencies, healthcare providers, and corporate clients to expand reach.
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with external partners to secure favourable business terms.
- Approach insurance agencies to establish partnerships for patient referral programs and joint initiatives. Collaborate with insurance partners to organize seminars, workshops, and educational events to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and ensure alignment between HQ and on-ground projects in Indonesia, ensuring business strategies, partnerships, and operational activities meet HQ's expectations and objectives. Act as a key liaison between HQ and local teams, providing regular updates and addressing any gaps in execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the healthcare or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of strategic partnerships, market expansion, and the legal and commercial aspects of corporate client engagement.
- Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation, with strong negotiation skills to lead discussions, influence outcomes, and close strategic deals.
- Mature, self-driven professional with demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently while effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to oversee digital marketing initiatives is a plus.
- Prior experience working with multinational companies (MNCs) and/or exposure to international work or education is highly preferred.
