The Role
As an Application Specialist, you will be a key ambassador for the company's innovative molecular diagnostic solutions. Based in Southern Germany, you will provide expert-level application support, training, and technical assistance to customers, ensuring the successful adoption and optimal use of their diagnostic products. Your role will be integral to strengthening customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote application support to customers in Southern Germany
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and installations for laboratory professionals
Work closely with the sales and service teams to deliver customer success
Respond to technical inquiries and assist in troubleshooting issues
Represent our client at trade shows, conferences, and seminars as a product expert
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in molecular diagnostics
Your Profile
Degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
Hands-on experience with molecular diagnostic technologies (PCR, qPCR, NGS, etc.)
Previous experience in a customer-facing or application support role is preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
Willingness to travel regularly within Southern Germany
