Clinical Specialist
A global medical device company is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join its team focused on minimally invasive therapies. This role combines clinical expertise with commercial acumen, supporting healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of advanced technologies while contributing to sales growth and account development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-theatre clinical support and product guidance during procedures.
- Deliver training and education to healthcare professionals on product use and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive product adoption and support account growth.
- Build strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders across hospitals and surgical centers.
- Support product evaluations, trials, and onboarding of new accounts.
- Maintain detailed records of clinical activities, feedback, and market insights.
- Represent the company at workshops, conferences, and training events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device sales or clinical support, ideally within minimally invasive or interventional therapies.
- Strong understanding of hospital environments and surgical workflows.
- Proven ability to build and grow accounts through clinical engagement and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
