Our firm is partnered with a global pharmaceutical organization undergoing continued expansion across its U.S. business. The company is innovation-led, commercially established, and focused on advancing therapies that address significant unmet patient needs across specialty care.

Job Summary:

This position will lead key government contracting and pricing activities within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role will serve as a strategic partner across federal programs, compliance, and market access operations, while supporting evolving regulatory requirements and cross-functional business needs. This is a visible, high-impact opportunity for an experienced professional who can bring both technical expertise and strong internal influence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead administration of federal contracting activities, including pricing support, contract updates, fee tracking, and lifecycle management of government agreements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for federal agencies and support preparation of proposals, submissions, and contract-related documentation.
  • Oversee annual government registration and certification requirements in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, and Market Access stakeholders.
  • Support planning and operational readiness tied to evolving federal pricing legislation and reimbursement programs, including cross-functional coordination across systems and processes.
  • Provide direction to shared services and operational support teams to ensure accurate execution of payment processes, controls, and standard operating procedures.
  • Review, calculate, and monitor required government price reporting metrics across applicable federal programs.
  • Track regulatory and policy changes, assess business impact, and help translate those updates into compliant methodologies, documentation, and operational processes.
  • Maintain pricing system integrity, support reconciliations, and ensure documentation is organized for audit and compliance readiness.
  • Partner with Finance and commercial teams to evaluate contract strategy implications and support gross-to-net and pricing-related analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered plus 8-10+ years of experience in government pricing, contract operations, and/or federal contracting within pharma, life sciences, or a similarly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of federal healthcare contracting frameworks, government price reporting requirements, and related compliance obligations.
  • Experience supporting federal programs and government pricing calculations in a commercial pharmaceutical setting.
  • Comfortable presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong systems, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail and business judgment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established organization in a highly visible role supporting critical government contracting and pricing functions. The position offers strong cross-functional exposure and the chance to contribute meaningfully as regulatory complexity continues to increase
