Role Summary
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the introduction of new products, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure high quality, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate across teams to drive improvements and support production excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead/support internal projects and change management.
- Integrate new products into production and define process flows.
- Support design transfers and manage CAPAs/NCMRs.
- Develop manufacturing processes, tools, and documentation.
- Manage product/process data in ERP/MRP systems.
- Support validation activities and maintain QMS documentation.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold cGMP standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years in manufacturing/process engineering, ideally in medical/pharma/food.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills (Six Sigma, Lean).
- Experience with ERP, QMS, CAD (SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
