Your Tasks

  • Drive national and international sales growth for high‑performance polymers and polyamides across strategic markets.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand the customer base, particularly within the automotive and broader industrial sectors.
  • Identify, position, and promote new applications enabled by advanced polymer technologies.
  • Provide strong technical and commercial support to customers, managing complex projects end‑to‑end.
  • Work closely with internal R&D, technical, and commercial teams to meet revenue and growth targets.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Polymers, Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
  • Strong commercial mindset with solid understanding of business administration.
  • Technical background in polymers and familiarity with automotive industry requirements.
  • Proven experience in international sales or business development within materials, chemicals, or polymer markets.
  • Results‑oriented, resilient, and confident in driving growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally as required.
