I'm partnering with a fast‑growing, clinical‑stage biotech developing next‑generation radiopharmaceutical and biologic therapies. We're seeking a Director‑level Global Development Lead to drive one of the company's most important and highly resourced programs, a late‑stage asset entering global Phase 3 development.

What You'll Own
- Serve as the Global Development Lead for a major late‑stage oncology program, shaping strategy and ensuring seamless execution across all development functions.
- Drive the successful advancement of the asset through Phase 3 and toward registration and commercialization.
- Lead global development planning across US, Japan, China, Latin America, and additional regions.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, CMC, Commercial, Safety, and Program Leadership to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables track to plan.
- Represent the program to senior leadership with clear, proactive communication.
- Anticipate challenges and remove obstacles to maintain program velocity.
What You Bring
✔ Proven track record advancing therapies from early development through late‑stage clinical trials, ideally all the way to product launch.
✔ Hands‑on leadership of global Phase 3 trials, including multiple major regions (US + OUS).
✔ Ability to step in immediately, navigate complexity, and drive execution with confidence.
✔ Strength in both strategic leadership and operational oversight; you can zoom out and dive in.
