Senior Research Associate - Analytical R&D

An established biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Research Associate to support early-stage product development. Reporting to the Senior Scientist of Analytical R&D, this role involves method development and routine analytical testing in collaboration with Research and Formulation Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and qualification of assay and bioassay methods
- Perform analytical testing to support formulation development
- Provide product characterization and testing support across early-stage projects
Qualifications:
- Experience in performing assay/bioassay using HPLC, LC-MS/MS as well as other modern analytical techniques.
- Familiarity with GLP requirements, ICH/FDA Guidelines, and pharmaceutical product development is desired.
- It is a requirement to be fluent in modern methods of analysis including HPLC and other testing equipment, as well as associated software for data analysis.
Education & Experience:
- Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical analysis, or
- Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
