They create tailored educational resources, such as animations, podcasts, interactive tools, and print materials that empower individuals to make informed health decisions.
A Senior Sales role within this organization would focus on driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth by engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) and life sciences clients. The position requires deep experience in selling solutions within the healthcare ecosystem, strong knowledge of compliance standards, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand partnerships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HCPs and senior stakeholders, to position educational solutions effectively.
- Strategic Account Management: Manage high-value accounts, negotiate complex contracts, and ensure client satisfaction through tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, medical, and operations) to deliver customized programs that meet client objectives and compliance standards.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably within patient education, medical communications, or related fields.
- Strong track record of engaging HCPs and life sciences clients to drive business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines in healthcare communications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
