About the Role
The Quality Service Center Specialist plays a key role in supporting supplier lifecycle management and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across global sites. This position is essential for maintaining regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement within the organization. The successful candidate will act as a central communicator for Global Quality, helping to align messaging across internal and external stakeholders. This is a dynamic and collaborative role within a culture focused on excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process global vendor change notifications and coordinate with relevant stakeholders across multiple sites.
- Serve as a key communicator for Global Quality, ensuring unified messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the highest standards of product and service quality across operations.
- Promote regulatory compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Actively engage in a culture of excellence, customer focus, and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Technical college degree or vocational education in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a regulated environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Background in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking ability and a strong quality mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
