The Role
- Manage quality documentation and document control processes
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead and coordinate CAPA activities and follow-up actions
- Support internal and external audits
- Investigate and manage non-conformities and quality events
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements
- Support quality and compliance initiatives across the organisation
Who We're Looking For
- Quality Assurance experience within Medical Devices or a regulated life sciences environment
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience managing CAPAs, non-conformities, investigations, and document control activities
- Experience supporting audits and compliance activities
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are advantageous
