Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead product initiatives across Germany and the broader DACH region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in life sciences and a passion for oncology diagnostics. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of key products, driving market adoption, and supporting commercial success in collaboration with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies and marketing plans for molecular diagnostics and pathology solutions.
  • Act as the regional product expert, supporting sales teams with training, tools, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with global product management, R&D, and regulatory teams to align regional needs with global strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis and customer feedback sessions to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Lead product launches and promotional campaigns across the DACH region.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings (up to 25% travel).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in product management or marketing within molecular diagnostics or pathology.
  • Solid understanding of in situ hybridization and oncology diagnostics.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
