Market Development Manager
EPM is currently partnered with a cutting edge molecular diagnostic organization seeking a Market Development Manager for a hybrid role 3 days on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver revenue and margin growth across assigned products, segments, and initiatives.
- Create and implement product positioning strategies and customer-centric messaging.
- Develop market-specific content and campaigns for use across digital, print, events, and sales channels.
- Lead and refine lead nurturing strategies, including targeted email campaigns and workflows to drive engagement and conversions.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and lead Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives to inform product innovation and messaging.
- Manage commercialization of new product launches in partnership with Product Management.
- Collaborate with channel experts to define and execute channel strategies aligned with ROI.
- Align go-to-market strategies with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, and Operations teams.
- Leverage Commercial Analytics to monitor performance and adjust tactics for accelerated growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, influencing across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, or related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in relevant categories preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading direct reports or cross-functional teams.
