The company is seeking a Director, Field Reimbursement Training to lead training strategy and execution for its US Field Reimbursement team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing onboarding and ongoing development programs that enhance field reimbursement capabilities and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and ongoing development programs for Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) and Directors (FRDs)
- Design and deliver reimbursement-focused training aligned with business and brand strategies
- Develop engaging learning solutions using adult learning principles across virtual and live platforms
- Partner cross-functionally with reimbursement, commercial, and training stakeholders
- Create and maintain training materials, curricula, and compliance documentation
- Manage external training vendors and support continuous capability development
What They're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required
- Pharmaceutical industry experience within Field Reimbursement
- Experience supporting specialty pharmaceuticals, buy-and-bill, and long-acting injectable products
- Strong presentation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Background
- Learning & Development or Training leadership experience
- Expertise in adult learning and field force capability development
- Experience coaching and developing field teams
- Injectable specialty pharmaceutical experience
- MBA or advanced degree preferred

Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $200,000 - $230,000 (Level and compensation dependent upon experience and qualifications)
- Incentives: Eligible for competitive bonus and long-term incentive programs.
