Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostics, a passion for building lasting client relationships, and a proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction across our diagnostics portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers in the diagnostics sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, product management) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic products, workflows, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
