Your Tasks
- Manage sales and product portfolios across food‑industry raw materials, ensuring strong customer engagement and market positioning.
- Provide technical and commercial support, offering formulation guidance and solution‑oriented product recommendations.
- Develop and expand relationships across B2B customers including food producers, processors, and specialised manufacturers within the dairy segment.
- Identify new raw materials, applications, and customer opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Attend industry conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to maintain strong market visibility.
Your Profile
- Academic background in chemical engineering, natural sciences, food technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong experience in sales or product management of food ingredients or raw materials, ideally with exposure to dairy applications and the wider dairy network.
- Demonstrated success influencing and supporting B2B technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and decision‑making skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and commercial functions.
- Willingness to travel regularly, including frequent visits to customers and partners in the south of Germany.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
