Senior Director Program Management

Salary: $230,000 - $260,000.

EPM is partnered with a biotech at the forefront of developing treatments in cell therapy. This publicly-traded company is seeking a clinically-minded Senior Director Program Management who will be overseeing their Ph.1-Ph.3 assets as they are ramping up for submissions. This leader will oversee the Program Management function.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal project operations and resource planning across cross-functional team
  • Drive execution of project plans, timelines, and milestones within scope and budget
  • Facilitate team meetings, track decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items
  • Identify and communicate critical path risks, proactively resolving issues
  • Align global stakeholders on program goals and timelines
  • Collaborate with Finance, BD, and G&A to support strategic objectives
  • Mentor and manage project managers, ensuring consistent PM practices
  • Support partnerships and alliances, ensuring compliance and coordination

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years leading cross-functional teams in clinical development (early to late phase)
  • Strong knowledge of global drug development, especially biologics or cell/gene therapy
  • Skilled in MS Project, SmartSheet, and PM methodologies
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's in life sciences (Master's/PhD preferred)
  • PMP or similar certification a plus
  • Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
