Our client, a globally-recognized leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dynamic Senior Director to head their Insights & Analytics division. Based in Boston, this pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive data strategies with direct impact on commercial decision-making. Onsite presence is required three days per week for effective collaboration with our client's US Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a vibrant team of 10, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Drive Commercial Data Management initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of data assets.
- Develop and implement a Market Access Analytics and Data Strategy to support key business objectives.
- Deliver actionable insights through Primary Market Research to inform strategic decision-making.
- Standardize reporting frameworks to streamline the delivery of critical data and insights.
- Engage with the US Leadership Team, influencing strategic priorities and fostering collaboration.
Desired Experience and Skills
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in Commercial Operations within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in Forecasting to project sales potential and market dynamics effectively.
- Proven ability in Stakeholder Management, navigating complex organizational structures and maintaining influential relationships.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
