Sales Specialist
An innovative and specialised Biotech is seeking a strategic and scientifically adept individual to join their Commercial Team as a sales specialist. This role is based in Germany, offering remote work flexibility and requiring travel to engage with clients and participate in industry events. The organisation excels in cell culture technology to both industry and academia where you will help scale the direct business across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies within your target region, you will have the influence to define your own sales plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate internally across marketing and product management to provide tailored solutions to your customers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the life science market with experience across Cell Culture, bioprocessing, Bioreactor technology.
- Strong sales skills and a hunters mindset. 3-5 years sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English + additional languages as a bonus.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Europe
