Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the MedTech sector. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Expand the customer portfolio through proactive acquisition and sustainable business development.
- Manage all commercial aspects for your accounts, including negotiations, contracts, and business cases.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and act as the "Voice of Customer" internally.
- Contribute to strategic planning for new segments and go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and conferences (travel up to 20%).
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in international sales, ideally in MedTech or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and regulatory frameworks (MDR/FDA) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers; technical interest is a plus.
