Location: USA (Remote)

A growing pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative oncology and neurology therapies is expanding its US team with the addition of a Director, Field HEOR, who will play a key role in developing value demonstration and communication strategies, engaging healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring patient access to innovative therapies.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate providers, payers, IDNs, and other healthcare decision makers on the economic value and efficacy of products.
  • Provide insights and expertise to support the development of RWE and HEOR strategy.
  • Contribute insights and expertise to the development of integrated evidence generation plans, value propositions, and RWE, medical, and access strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Medical, Clinical, and Commercial stakeholders to support ongoing projects and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Support the design and execution of health economic and outcomes research studies to generate clinical and real-world evidence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with health systems, thought leaders, and academic institutions.
  • Represent the company at national and international conferences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD in Epidemiology, Public Health, or related)
  • 5+ years of field-based HEOR, RWE, or Managed Markets experience
  • Proven ability to engage with payers, providers, and other healthcare decision makers
  • Expertise in neurology and/or oncology
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $225,000 - $275,000
  • Annual bonus: 20% - 25%
  • 5 weeks of paid vacation
