Location: USA (Remote)
A growing pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative oncology and neurology therapies is expanding its US team with the addition of a Director, Field HEOR, who will play a key role in developing value demonstration and communication strategies, engaging healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring patient access to innovative therapies.
Responsibilities:
- Educate providers, payers, IDNs, and other healthcare decision makers on the economic value and efficacy of products.
- Provide insights and expertise to support the development of RWE and HEOR strategy.
- Contribute insights and expertise to the development of integrated evidence generation plans, value propositions, and RWE, medical, and access strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Medical, Clinical, and Commercial stakeholders to support ongoing projects and ensure strategic alignment.
- Support the design and execution of health economic and outcomes research studies to generate clinical and real-world evidence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with health systems, thought leaders, and academic institutions.
- Represent the company at national and international conferences.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD in Epidemiology, Public Health, or related)
- 5+ years of field-based HEOR, RWE, or Managed Markets experience
- Proven ability to engage with payers, providers, and other healthcare decision makers
- Expertise in neurology and/or oncology
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: $225,000 - $275,000
- Annual bonus: 20% - 25%
- 5 weeks of paid vacation
