C&Q Engineer
EPM Scientific are currently partnering with a consultancy seeking C&Q Engineers for a major manufacturing project.
In this role, you'll lead pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and early qualification activities to ensure GMP‑critical systems are installed, tested, and verified in line with regulatory expectations.
🔧 What you'll be doing:
* Developing and executing pre‑commissioning strategies for GMP & non‑GMP systems
* Verifying mechanical completion & system readiness
* Reviewing vendor documentation, FAT/SAT protocols & reports
* Tracking and closing punch list items
* Supporting installation checks, loop checks & functional testing
* Coordinating closely with Engineering, Construction, Automation & Vendors
⚙️ Commissioning responsibilities include:
* Authoring and executing commissioning protocols (CPS, FIS, CS)
* Verifying system functionality against design specs & URS
* Supporting utilities, equipment & facility commissioning
* Contributing to system handover and ensuring GMP‑compliant documentation
* Ensure commissioning activities are documented in compliance with GMP
