They work with customers undertake life-saving activities ranging from fundamental research to developing innovative vaccines, new medicines, and cell and gene therapies.
Position:
The Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible for the implementation Internal improvement program across the company.
You will be driving and supporting the department leaders complying with and achieving the set goals on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.
You will facilitate events like Kaizens, Trainings, Workshops.
This position reports to the Director Operations / Site Lead and is part of the broader site team and will be an on-site role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives in Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation, including kaizen events
- Drive targeted improvement across Quality, Delivery, Cost and Innovation
- Assist site leadership in the development of a continuous improvement plan
- Directly provide formal and informal Lean training and coaching on site
Qualifications
- Education commensurate with this position
- Experienced in Lean tools, as Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving, Daily Management, Process Mapping
- Experience in similar Cpntinuous Improvement role
- Skilled in ERP system and data crunching
- Candidates must be eligble to work in the Netherlands
