Clinical Specialist
We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to support advanced organ preservation and perfusion technology across the Netherlands and wider European region. This is a highly clinical, field-based role, working closely with transplant centres and medical teams to support the retrieval, preservation, transportation, and assessment of donor organs.
This opportunity sits within a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment focused on transforming transplant outcomes and expanding access to life-saving therapies across Europe. With increasing adoption of advanced preservation technologies, this role offers strong long-term development potential and exposure to cutting-edge clinical practices.
You will play a key role in delivering hands-on clinical support during transplant procedures, ensuring best practice protocols are followed while operating in time-critical, high-pressure environments. The position involves a variable on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support urgent transplant cases.
In addition to case support, you will be responsible for training and educating clinical teams, supporting site initiations, and contributing to the wider adoption of new technologies across key centres. You will collaborate closely with clinical, commercial, and operations teams to drive successful implementation and growth.
The role also includes equipment management at a central logistics hub, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and inventory control, alongside contributing to case reviews, internal reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This position requires regular travel across the Netherlands and Europe, engaging with key stakeholders, supporting workshops and clinical events, and building strong relationships within the transplant community.
It is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is motivated by making a direct, life-saving impact on patients.
