Clinical Contract and Budget Negotiator

EPM Scientific are representing a global Medical Device company who are currently looking for a Clinical Contracts and Budget Specialist to work with the International Clinical Team and external stakeholders.

The right candidate will be required to travel and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drafting, negotiating, analysing, and finalising all site agreements and budgets.
  • Streamlining negotiations by adhering to budget parameters.
  • Collaborating with legal stakeholders to finalise contracts.
  • Ensuring regular communication and escalation to facilitate the planning, execution, issue resolution, and management of Site/Investigator agreements.
  • Understanding Site Activation requirements and aligning them with contracting turnaround times to support study site authorisation.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience managing clinical site contracts & budgets or working alongside contracts and budgets.

The right candidate must have experience working within a clinical environment and an understanding of clinical contracts and budgets. This position is a contract with the potential for longevity.
