Business Development Manager, Shanghai

Our client is a globally recognized medical technology company that develops and delivers advanced implantable solutions used in both reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. As part of their strategic growth in China, they are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead commercial efforts across key territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a comprehensive range of implantable medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, with a focus on high-potential accounts and strategic growth areas.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide in-theatre product support and training to surgeons and clinical staff, ensuring proper usage and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support tenders and business proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field.
  • Proven success in sales and business development within medical devices
  • Strong experience in building and managing a solid network of distributors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Based in China with flexibility to travel within assigned territories.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
