Role Description

The Area Sales Manager role is a full‑time position based in the NYC Metropolitan Area. This individual will be responsible for driving growth across an assigned territory, building and managing client relationships, and expanding market presence for the company's professional aesthetics portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing, developing, and expanding sales territories to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Building strong relationships with aesthetic practices, med‑spas, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons
  • Identifying new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and market analysis
  • Conducting impactful sales presentations, product demonstrations, and in‑office training sessions
  • Partnering with the marketing team to execute promotional initiatives and support brand strategy
  • Tracking performance metrics and providing regular reporting to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing success
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to support strategic decision‑making

This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship‑oriented sales professional passionate about aesthetics and innovative skincare technologies.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years proven experience in sales, particularly in managing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, identify market opportunities, and implement effective growth strategies
  • Experience in the aesthetics, cosmetic skincare, or medical device industry is strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as business needs require
  • Clients will include medical spas, dermatology offices, plastic surgeons in the NYC area
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
