Therapy Awareness Specialist - BeNeLux Region
Location: Remote - BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg)
Job Summary
The Therapy Awareness Specialist (TAS) is responsible for expanding physician awareness and driving market development for lung volume reduction therapy across the BeNeLux region. This role involves engaging with a broad network of healthcare professionals-including pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, respiratory nurses, rehabilitation centers, primary care providers, and patient advocacy groups-to educate them on the clinical benefits of bronchoscopic lung volume reduction (BLVR).
The TAS plays a pivotal role in identifying eligible patients, supporting referral pathways, and facilitating multidisciplinary collaboration between referring clinicians and treatment centers. Through strategic education, marketing initiatives, and clinical engagement, the TAS enhances access to a transformative pulmonary procedure.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Strategy & Clinical Engagement
- Develop and execute a regional strategy in collaboration with sales leadership to identify and engage key stakeholders.
- Deliver educational content to COPD networks using approved materials (e.g., brochures, clinical studies, videos).
- Collaborate with referring physicians and interventional pulmonologists to interpret diagnostic reports and assess patient eligibility.
- Leverage referral data, engagement metrics, and professional networks to prioritize outreach.
- Organize peer-to-peer discussions, roundtables, and share patient success stories to build confidence in the therapy.
- Conduct educational sessions to clarify patient selection criteria and promote awareness of treatment benefits.
Sales Support & Case Facilitation
- Ensure accurate attribution of diagnostic reports.
- Provide case support and reinforce product adoption within existing accounts.
- Maintain high levels of field activity, including face-to-face meetings with healthcare providers.
- Offer extended support for case coverage and follow-up with referring clinicians.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to influence clinical decision-making through data-driven discussions
- Experience in B2B, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales preferred
- Willingness to travel across the BeNeLux region
