Full-time | Senior Role
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as the key link between senior leadership and R&D project teams. You will oversee a portfolio of innovation projects, drive project governance, and ensure smooth execution across the R&D organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate R&D Programs
- Support the evaluation and prioritisation of new R&D initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide clear reporting to the R&D Director and senior leadership.
- Implement and standardise project management methodologies; train teams in their use.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and project risks.
- Streamline workflows and promote best practices across projects.
2. Lead & Support the R&D Project Management Team
- Manage and mentor a team of seven R&D Project Managers.
- Ensure strong methodological guidance and adherence to standards.
- Foster team development and project management capabilities.
- Support recruitment and onboarding.
3. Drive Continuous Improvement
- Introduce tools and methodologies that enhance project execution.
- Apply industry best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Gather feedback and lessons learned to optimise internal processes.
Ideal Profile
- Master's degree (BAC+5) in Project Management or Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in similar roles with team leadership responsibilities.
- Strong track record implementing methodologies and driving organisational change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management and reporting tools.
- Professional English level.
- A collaborative leader with excellent organisation, listening, and influencing skills.
