Office Manager

Our client is a growing life sciences company that is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to independently manage its Thailand office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent setting and enjoy overseeing a wide range of operational, logistical, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Manage order intake, packaging, and coordination of domestic and international shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
  • Track financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and commission reporting.
  • Serve as the local contact for customer and vendor inquiries related to logistics.
  • Collaborate with international teams to resolve operational issues and support business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or office administration, ideally in the life science industry.
  • Familiarity with international shipping and customs documentation.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
  • Experience with invoicing and collections is a plus.
