National Health Outcomes Director - West (Remote- Field)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in health outcomes and economic impact.
- Engage and educate stakeholders on product value and outcomes data.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and advocacy groups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align HEOR strategies.
- Disseminate real-world evidence and support research initiatives.
- Train internal teams and respond to clinical and outcomes-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD); Master's in pharmacoepidemiology or health economics preferred.
- 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with 5+ years in HEOR.
- Experience in medical affairs, outcomes research, or managed markets.
- Preferred therapeutic expertise in Infectious or Rare Diseases.
- Strong skills in economic modeling, data analysis, and evidence generation.
Competencies
- Deep understanding of HEOR, epidemiology, and health economics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
Other Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight/weekend travel.
