Group Copy Supervisor
The Copy Supervisor leads the development of strategic, compliant, and compelling copy across market access communications. This role supports pharmaceutical brands by translating complex clinical and economic data into clear messaging for payer, provider, and patient audiences, ensuring alignment with access and reimbursement objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor copywriters in developing market access materials, including value propositions, payer dossiers, AMCP materials, HCP resources, and patient support communications
- Partner with account, strategy, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand and access strategies
- Translate clinical, HEOR (health economics and outcomes research), and real-world evidence into clear, persuasive messaging
- Oversee copy quality, tone, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables
- Contribute to messaging frameworks that address formulary positioning, reimbursement, and payer value narratives
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder reviews in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all materials meet regulatory, legal, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree a plus
- 5-7+ years of copywriting experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising, with strong exposure to market access
- Proven ability to distill complex data into clear, audience-specific messaging
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills
- Deep understanding of payer landscape, reimbursement drivers, and access strategies preferred
