Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical staff.
  • Support and mentor Clinical Supervisors and Coordinators.
  • Collaborate on patient and caregiver care planning, assessment, and evaluation.
  • Monitor operational trends to manage staffing, revenue, and service delivery.
  • Develop and lead continuing education and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including Joint Commission standards.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

  • Valid California RN license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of RN experience in home health or related settings, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing a 300+ patient census preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR.
  • Knowledge of quality management, regulatory compliance, and healthcare operations.
