Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Corporate Development Manager to lead and support strategic initiatives including M&A, BD&L, and partnerships. This individual will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities, working closely with senior leadership, CEOs, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support M&A transactions, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.
  • Drive strategic partnerships, licensing deals, and other BD&L activities.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to assess opportunities and risks.
  • Engage with CEOs, investors, and institutional partners to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Prepare and present business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or PhD in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Corporate Development, M&A, BD&L, investment banking, or life sciences start-ups.
  • Strong understanding of the drug discovery and development process.
  • Proven analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Experience working in or with the European life sciences market.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for innovation and driving strategic growth.

Preferred Experience

  • Diagnostics industry exposure.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
