Senior Data Analyst
Job Description:
Transforms shopfloor data into actionable insights and decision support, enabling KPI visibility, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
This role supports the site Digitalisation programme focused on leveraging existing data, replacing manual data capture/processing with Digital Shopfloor Automation tools, and improving data integrity, traceability, and real-time decision-making across manufacturing and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics products for manufacturing and quality performance.
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches; define KPIs, data definitions, and measurement logic.
- Perform exploratory analysis and statistical investigations (e.g., yield, downtime, scrap, process capability).
- Partner with data engineering to ensure reliable data pipelines and semantic layers.
- Drive data literacy through storytelling, training, and adoption support for end-users.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education & Certifications
- Degree in Data/Statistics/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tooling (e.g., SQL, Python/R, BI platforms) and communicating to stakeholders.
