This role sits within a high‑profile commercial function and offers the opportunity to shape how patients discover, understand, and connect with a life‑changing therapy. It's a great fit for someone who loves building meaningful patient stories, leading creative content development, and working at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You'd have the opportunity to:
- Build and refine a national patient ambassador program from the ground up
- Own consumer marketing content end‑to‑end - from ideation to MLR approval
- Transform clinical information into clear, empathetic patient‑centric messaging
- Collaborate across medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure alignment
- Participate in ambassador trainings and select live patient events
- Use insights and patient feedback to shape future content and differentiate the brand
Preferred Experience:
- 7+ years in biopharma consumer marketing or agency experience
- Strong experience in patient storytelling, digital content, and video/multimedia
- Proven ability to navigate complex cross‑functional review processes
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and familiarity with MLR/medical‑legal‑regulatory requirements
- Ability to be onsite in a hybrid capacity
