With a strong heritage in medical technology and a focus on improving patient outcomes, the company develops and delivers advanced solutions for kidney stone management, minimally invasive urology, and digital health integration.

Position Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and supporting a portfolio of cutting-edge urology devices across hospitals and clinics in the Stuttgart region. This role combines commercial strategy with clinical engagement, requiring a strong understanding of the urology space and a passion for delivering value to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, surgical teams, and procurement stakeholders
  • Provide in-theatre product support, training, and clinical education
  • Identify new business opportunities and support tender processes
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver timely sales reports

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in medical device sales, preferably in urology, surgical, or hospital-based environments
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to support procedures in operating room settings
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
