The Role
As the Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing key customer relationships across your territory
  • Driving sales growth through strategic account management and new business development
  • Engaging with laboratory managers, clinicians, and procurement teams to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, clinical support, and technical services

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within diagnostics or life sciences
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system, particularly NHS procurement pathways
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently
  • Degree in a life science or biomedical discipline (preferred)
