Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing technical specifications, organizing documentation, and supporting equipment and process validation
- Perform evaluations on materials, tools, and systems to ensure functionality and reliability
- Assist in planning and executing straightforward engineering experiments and trials
- Document findings and prepare summaries to share insights with cross-functional teams
- Maintain and update engineering records and technical files
- Provide hands-on training to team members on updated procedures and testing workflows
- Observe operational inefficiencies and propose actionable enhancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering
- 1-2 years experience in R&D
- Experience with fatigue testing
- Has hands-on work experience with structural heart devices
