EPM is partnered with a pioneering medical device company in the hypertension space. Following a major funding round in the past year, this innovative start-up is expanding its clinical team and seeking a Field Clinical Engineer to support clinical trial sites across the U.S.
This is a non-sales role focused on case support, training, and education-helping physicians and site staff successfully adopt and implement cutting-edge technology. You'll play a key role in ensuring procedural success, protocol adherence, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide in-person and remote case support during procedures
* Train and educate physicians, nurses, and clinical staff on device use and best practices
* Ensure protocol compliance and troubleshoot issues at trial sites
* Collaborate with internal teams to share site feedback and improve outcomes
Qualifications:
* Degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry (industry-side only)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with physicians and site teams
* Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) and work independently
* Must reside near a major airport for efficient travel
