Our client is a global healthcare company that specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. The products and services are used to help care for critically and chronically ill patients. Their product portfolio includes a comprehensive range of IV generic drugs, infusion therapies and clinical nutrition products as well as the medical devices for administering these products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize sales force performance through strategic planning, data analysis, process improvement, and sales capability‑building initiatives, including supporting the rollout of global SFE programs and local adoption.
- Support the development and execution of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives, including KPI framework design, target setting, performance tracking, and effectiveness review with key stakeholders.
- Review, streamline, and enhance sales processes, tools, and ways of working to improve sales team efficiency, productivity, and consistency of execution.
- Analyze sales performance and business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and translate insights into structured, actionable recommendations.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver sales training and enablement initiatives to strengthen selling skills, product knowledge, and effective use of sales tools and materials.
- Support CRM implementation and optimization, including monitoring system usage, data quality, reporting accuracy, and adoption across the sales team.
- Prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support regular reviews and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Work closely with sales and cross‑functional teams to align commercial strategies, business priorities, and execution plans, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment.
- Support the design, review, and administration of sales incentive schemes, including incentive calculation and alignment with sales performance objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales force effectiveness, sales operations, sales management, business analytics, or related roles; healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
- Experience in sales performance management, KPI tracking, data analysis, or commercial process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Good project management skills, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Mature, self‑motivated, with strong interpersonal, communication, and people coaching skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Veeva) and data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) for reporting and insights.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
