What You Will Be Doing

- Build strong relationships with physicians, surgical teams, medical tech staff and administrators.
- Organise regional events and expert panels to showcase products and share knowledge.
- Use data-driven insights to plan and grow your territory strategically.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management and technical service teams.
- Support clinical teams in the OR with your product expertise.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with offer and contract preparation.
What You Bring
- A degree or vocational training in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Sales experience in medical technology or consumables.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytic thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in German and English, with a valid Class B driving license.
