Your Mission:

  • Develop and implement a clear sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Lead and inspire the regional sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, goal-setting, and professional development.
  • Monitor sales performance and optimize strategies regularly.
  • Manage resources efficiently, including budgeting and forecasting.

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the machining industry, including leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical, structured, and sustainable work approach.
  • Digital skills, data analysis expertise, and adaptability.
  • Experience in similar industrial sales environments.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and collaboration on a global scale.
  • Excellent German communication skills; English is a plus.
