Overview
We are partnering with a growing pharmaceutical organization launching and expanding its dermatology portfolio across the Southeast. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level of a buildout, with strong visibility, career growth, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth therapeutic area.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving demand, building strategic relationships with key dermatology stakeholders, and executing against brand objectives within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and drive utilization of dermatology products within target accounts
- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and key office staff
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across community and specialty practices
- Effectively communicate clinical, product, and market access information
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, market access, and leadership teams
- Analyze territory performance and adapt strategy to maximize results
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience (dermatology preferred)
- Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
- Experience calling on dermatologists or specialty providers strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen and territory management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial / build environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
